As a child I always enjoyed my gym classes and trained 5 hours a week for my tennis club doing small championships... I loved horse riding, tennis, golf, snowboard, handball and basketball. Later, I studied in Paris at Pennighen doing a degree in Graphic design; then moved to London where I did a Master degree in Communication Art and Design. It was just after my 4th pregnancy, and 20 kg more that I decided to do something once and for all for my own health. I challenged my trainer and said to him, "I would like my teenage body back, can you help?" He laughed and took on the challenge. 3 years later after 3 hours a week of pilates on reformer, some intermittent fasting and another qualification as a Reiki Master, I proudly had my teenaged body back. No more back pain. No more stiffness. Pilates changed my life forever.
My support team consists of the amazing Balanced Body trainer, the bobsleigh olympian Pete Pallai, the girls I trained with, and last but not least my best friend, master trainer Danilo Caruso. I wouldn't have been able to do the Balanced Body professional training without them.

I believe in the power of the mind over your body, the connection between them. I believe in Joseph Pilates Principles, Breath, Concentration, Coordination, Control, Precision, Centre and Flow.
The whole body is engaged through breathing, engagement of the core, and use of the arms and legs. There is no movement wasted in Pilates.
